1. A Woman who has self-respect

A woman who has self-respect has a lot of respect for herself.

She knows how to treat herself and how to treat others.

She knows when she deserves something and when she doesn’t.

She knows how to take care of herself, and how to take care of others.

A self-respecting woman respects herself enough to understand when it’s time to let go of something that isn’t working for her anymore.

This can be a relationship or job situation that is no longer fulfilling their needs.

Most importantly, a woman who respects herself believes she deserves to be respected as well, that’s why she treats herself with respect.

And that’s why a man has no choice than to respect her.

Because, if you don’t respect yourself, how will a man respect you?

 

2. A woman who has boundaries

What makes a man respect a woman?

A woman who has boundaries.

It’s simple, really: A man respects a woman who knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to ask for it.

When you set boundaries, you’re telling the world that you know what your limits are and that you won’t be pushed past them.

You’re saying that you are willing to stand up for yourself if need be, and that others will have to respect your decision-making.

You’re saying that no one is going to get away with anything unless you say so.

The opposite of this is “being walked all over,” or being treated like a doormat.

That’s why boundaries are so important. They tell other people how we want to be treated.

If you don’t have boundaries, a man will not know your limits are.

Don’t blame him if he disrespects you because you haven’t shown him boundaries he shouldn’t cross!

 

3. Independence

In this day and age, women are more independent than ever.

But what does that mean for men?

It means that women are less likely to be dependent on their partners for money, food, and other things in life.

We’re able to do it all—and do it well.

Women have always been strong, but now they’re also independent.

They can make their own decisions about their careers, how they want to live their lives, and what kind of relationships they want with other people (including men).

This independence makes a man respect a woman more than ever before.

It doesn’t mean women don’t need their partner’s support or that men don’t want to support their women in any way, but they don’t want a woman who relies on them for everything.

As a woman, I love that I’m independent and can take care of myself.

I’m also willing to lean on my man for support when I need it.

No woman is an island.

We need help too.

 

4. Kindness

We all know that men are attracted to strong, independent women who are able to take care of themselves.

But those qualities aren’t enough to make him respect you if they’re not paired with kindness.

Kindness is one of the most important qualities that a woman can possess.

It’s what makes you a good friend, a good partner, a good daughter, and a good person.

Being kind doesn’t mean being submissive or weak.

You can be strong and powerful while still being kind and compassionate towards others.

Plus, kindness isn’t just something that makes other people feel good—it makes you feel good too.

It fills your heart with love and warmth, knowing that you’ve helped another person.

 

5. A woman who helps him to grow and develop

It’s not just about how she looks, or how many degrees she has, or whether or not she can cook.

The real question is: does she help you grow?

Does she challenge you?

Does she make you want to be better?

A woman who helps a man grow and develop is a woman who will inspire and empower him.

She will be an ally, a confidante, a friend. She will help him be the best version of himself.
