1. Read a Book

Books are concentrated sources of knowledge. The more books you read, the more knowledge you expose your brain to.

Many of the answers we seek come from reading books.

Quit wasting excess time on Netflix, social media and the rest.

Instead, you should read some books related to the problems you face.

This means reading books that contain solutions to some or most of the challenges you are facing.

The best way is to learn from others mistakes and experiences.

Examples of books you can start reading to enrich yourself include

●Think and Grow Rich

●7 Habits

●The Science of Getting Rich

●Who moved my cheese

●Living the 80/20 Way.

When you’re reading a book every day, you will feed yourself with more and more knowledge on the problems you hope to solve and people’s experiences going through these same issues.

2. Address your Fears

We all have our fears.

Fear of failure, fear of uncertainty, fear of public speaking, fear of risk taking.

It may be about your career, health related or relationship wise-All our fears keep us stagnant and prevent us from reaching our desired goals.

You have to recognize that your fears reflect areas where you can grow and be better.

You can always think of fear as the compass which gives direction to your growth.

If you have a fear about something, it shows something you have yet to address, and addressing it is one step closer to your growth.

Try to figure out your fears and work on them taking one step at a time.

3. Discipline

No one can change or improve your life unless you commit to yourself to discipline and process your thoughts into action.

This will help you in taking action to attaining your goal and you can easily decide what is good or bad for you.

Discipline breeds the feeling of maturity in the mind and your thoughts towards achieving your goals changes.

So, try to discipline yourself and you will notice a huge difference in your lifestyle.

It could involve quitting bad habits such as drinking, smoking and replacing them with good ones such as finding a new hobby which you may have or develop interest in.

4. Exercise

Break a hard sweat when you exercise. Start off small and then increase your pace as time goes by.

Two times a week is optimal then you can improve on it.

Make a goal to being in better physical shape.

You can make a personal progress by jogging at least 3 times a week, at least 45 minutes each time you do.

You can go further making it interesting by mixing it up with jogging, gym lessons and swimming for variation.

All these activities make up for a better overall state of the mind, body and soul.

5. Reach out for Help

You cannot solve every problem in your life. It’s usually an impossible task.

If you want to progress and improve in different aspects of your life, you are going to need some helping hands and use the help as a boost to reach your target.

Life can be difficult sometimes.

When money is scarce, friends tend to be unsupportive and work is tasking, it’s hard to stay positive minded and working toward goals at the same time.

The problems may not be always significant or massive, but they can hinder your ability to keep improving.

Find support through meeting and reaching out to people who may have gone through similar problems and get the maximum help and advice you can.

This also breeds the feeling of not being alone.

6. Eliminate Toxic Relationships

There are people in your life that will help bring you up.

They will push you along the route to your goals and offer their support and help in whatever way they can.

Also there are the parasites which are people that tend to  hold you back due to a reflection of their own incompetence.

They could be friends, acquaintances, family, co-workers etc.

You have to sit up and weigh up the relationships around you to have a clear picture of relationships which are of benefits to you and those which are parasitic.

Whenever you can, keep away from these parasitic people as soon as possible.

Sometimes, these people don’t realize what they’re doing to you.

It’s your responsibility to analyze and make the necessary changes which might be to cut off the relationship or address it.
